Like any fine hotel, our caring staff provides concierge service and will arrange bar service, massage, day spa or afternoon tea for you.

AFTERNOON TEA
A tradition that followed the landed gentry from England to the plains of Wyoming, and still lives on in Cheyenne today. Served every Friday and Saturday with seating from 2 pm until 4 pm. Join the Nagel Warren Mansion staff in period costume as it continues this wonderful ritual. The menu changes every season - winter, spring, summer, fall and a very special Christmas Afternoon Tea.

You'll be seated in your choice of the Parlour or Sitting Room and while you enjoy finely steeped teas and tea sandwiches, you can enjoy the company of friends or new acquaintances. Reservations are recommended. Libations are available.

Tea and biscuit is served for hotel guests from 4 pm until 6 pm daily. Beverage service is available.

Private parties for Afternoon Tea may be arranged for any day for 12 to 40 people.

BEVERAGES
We are pleased that we can serve alcoholic beverages. Our wine list is varied and intriguing. Call and premium liquors and cordials are available. The beer selection is limited with a few domestics and micros. Add to your beverage enjoyment with a cheese plate for two, paired to the wine of your choice or beer. After dinner relax with a warm brandy on a cool winter evening, a sherry, or dessert wine.

CONCIERGE
What ever your wants or needs, our hosts perform concierge services. We are pleased to arrange dinner reservations, manicure or hair appointments or assist you with dry cleaning services, brush or brushless car washes, gift baskets or anything else that arises. We like challenges but the more lead time we have, the better our responses! So let us know if we can assist you during your visit.

MASSAGE & DAY SPA
For many of us, a relaxing weekend means massaging the stress out of our bodies. Our host can arrange for you to visit a nearby day spa that offers a variety of services.

BRIDAL SHOWERS, BABY SHOWERS & ENGAGEMENT PARTIES
Whether you are the maid of honor for a soon-to-be bride or the mother of the bride, we can help you plan a wonderful get-together to suit the occasion. The mansion provides an elegant backdrop while you and your guests enjoy scrumptious pastries and treats prepared by our very own paticier.
