Seated Wedding Dinner and Wedding Luncheon Menus

Our chef has created a wedding menu for your special day. While we prepare the meal, friendly servers will care for you and your guests. Our wedding menu is designed to enhance your celebration by providing fine food for your family and friends. We can seat a maximum of 40 people. The wedding menu includes soup or salad, sorbet, entree, starch, seasonal vegetable, Artisan bread, butter, coffee, tea, and water. please choose 1 of each of the following selections. We will be pleased to substitute a vegetarian entrée for a regular entrée.

Cake cutting fee includes a server to cut the cake, plate, fork and napkin.

Champaign Toasts please allow 7 people per bottle. Number of guests divided by 7 equals bottles.

Wine, a starting estimate would be 2.25 glasses per person. Number of guests divided by 3 equals bottles.

Wine is sold by the bottle, mixed drinks by the drink, and beers by the bottle. A good guess will help us prepare to serve you better.

Open bars are priced by tenth of a bottle of liquor, bottle of wine, and beer by the bottle.

Wyoming liquor law requires that we not serve a person that is intoxicated.
