Rocky Mountain Fare
Nebraska to Idaho and New Mexico to Alberta roughly defines the very diverse Rocky Mountain Area. There is a movement today for locally sourced sustainable food. This area's Indians, ranchers, farmers and immigrant settlers, who brought cooking techniques from their homelands, have provided Chef Kate with a wide array of flavors to blend for this dinner. Robin is choosing wines from many different areas that will enhance the flavors of these varied dishes. It's not all cowboy, but Cowboy Up for this fun evening. Look for the wines to appear soon.
